Graphic Design

While I do study Film at Ithaca College, I also minor in Advertising, PR, Marketing, and Communications, giving me a better understanding of creating ad campaigns, and how to manage them. Below are just a few examples of my skills in ad campaigns and graphic design as a whole.

Out Of Home

For this project, we had to pick a hobby or vacation destination to find a target audience for, and create three billboards; transit, roadside/highway, and on the side of a building.

I decided to do a campaign for crocheting, with a target audience of sixteen to twenty-three year old women who enjoy up cycling and thrifting.

Loud vs Quiet

For this project, we had to create visually loud or quiet ads in whatever manner we saw fit. Though no matter what direction we went in, we had to pick a designer brand that spoke to us.

When picking a brand, I went with Selkie. They are a very size-inclusive, bold brand, that offers a wide variety of aesthetics. I went down the path of creating these 'loud' ads with a strong inspiration from musician Pink Panthress's album cover: Fancy That.

Internship Social Media design

During the summer of 2024, I interned at the Chagrin Documentary Film Festival. I learned many skills during that summer, but I dedicated the most time during that internship to designing for the festival.

I spent a majority of my time there updating the look of their official website along with ways to access tabs easier for potential filmmakers. Besides the site, I helped create social media posts, and organize all of the festivals graphics, color scheme, and font types within this PDF. The last two pages show examples of just a few of the graphics I helped create and later post on their social media accounts.
